Healthy Food/ Snack Ideas [Part 1]

Healthy Strawberry Snack

Ingredients :

1. Strawberries

2. Plain yogurt (you can use any flavor)

3. Some oat

4. Some milk

=>How to make Healthy Strawberry Snack<=

First chop some strawberries into 4 part. Then take plain yogurt, oat, and milk. Put some plain yogurt at the first layer, then put some oat and strawberries. Repeat it until your glass full.
